The air is getting cooler, the leaves are beginning to turn red, yellow and orange: it is the beginning of the golden autumn, with its warm colours and atmospheric lights.
Autumn brings with it the first flu, colds and various types of chills: it becomes important to try to raise the immune system, and what better way to do this than by starting with the first meal in the morning. Lots of vitamins then! Fruit, strictly seasonal, dried fruit, cereals, seeds, muesli, yoghurt, selected jams. At the buffet you will find many delicacies, our homemade cakes using preferably organic and unrefined ingredients, cold meats and seasoned cheeses from the Lodranega malga.
